Paradise Trust Walk

A stunning walk at a historical property up the valley. Dogs welcome on leashes only and guests not staying should be off site by 4pm.

Donations are requested to walk at Paradise Trust so that they can keep looking after their beautiful site as they are a non-profit organisation. To learn more about them click here.

There are a few options for walking here, the typical walk is the loop walk around the property with opportunities to sit and soak up the views and see some of the rustic cabins around the site. An off shoot from this is the scheelite mine walk, where you can continue to explore local history – Mt Judah is another walk showcasing scheelite mines and great views near Glenorchy. You can also walk to Diamond Lake from the Trust, which is great for fishing, kayaking, swimming and relaxing.

A golf buggy is available by request for those less mobile. Dogs do need to be under control on leashes as horse treks use the area and the site borders farm land.
